These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of InterviewPrepAI (interviewprepai.in). By registering, accessing questions, or contributing answers, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By accessing or using InterviewPrepAI, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age (or a currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student) and capable of entering into legally binding agreements.
2. Contributor Guidelines & Confidentiality (Non-Infringement)
Contributors are strictly prohibited from sharing:
- Proprietary employer source code, internal architectural blueprints, or unpublished patents.
- Confidential client identities or non-public financial deals discussed during MBA case interviews.
- Actual questions explicitly protected by binding non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
All submitted content must be generalized, high-level educational interview concepts and original pedagogical explanations.
3. Content Licensing & Ownership
You retain ownership of the original text and solutions you author. However, by publishing content on InterviewPrepAI, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to host, format, index, categorize, and display your contributions to registered members.
4. Anti-Scraping & Platform Security
To protect the integrity of our verified contributor community, you agree NOT to:
- Use automated web crawlers, bots, or scrapers to extract login-gated answers in bulk.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our corporate email hashing algorithms or bypass authentication tokens.
- Create duplicate or fraudulent accounts to manipulate community upvotes or XP leaderboards.
- Impersonate any verified engineer, consultant, product manager, or hiring firm.
5. Educational Disclaimer & No Guarantee of Offer
InterviewPrepAI is an independent, peer-contributed educational prep tool. We are not officially affiliated with Google, McKinsey, Amazon, BCG, Flipkart, Razorpay, or any other listed employer. Content is provided on an "as-is" basis for practice purposes. We make no guarantees regarding interview success or employment offers.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
